The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Newbury Airport Service Direct. Your act of booking a taxi and utilizing our service indicates your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions as presented in this agreement.

1. Definitions

"Newbury Airport Service Direct," "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" may pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers where adherence to flight check-in times is crucial. Newbury Airport Service Direct is not accountable for delays caused by your failure to allocate adequate travel time or your unpreparedness at the scheduled collection time.

2.2 You are responsible for reserving a car suitable for the number of passengers and luggage. Newbury Airport Service Direct does not guarantee transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that, regardless of age, a child is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should request this feature at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you. Prices, unless explicitly stated otherwise, exclude VAT and any applicable VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to modify the provided quote in the event of substantial changes to the planned itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time beyond this period will be charged at the standard Newbury Airport Service Direct waiting rate. While we aim to adjust our service for flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review the confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Newbury Airport Service Direct of any discrepancies relieves us of responsibility for resultant delays or costs.

3.4 Payments for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle cleaning if passengers soil, damage, or negatively impact the vehicle.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger capacity must not exceed the limits set by licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1 In case of a cancellation, contact us at your earliest convenience. Cancellations after dispatch may incur charges based on the driver's distance and time to the cancellation point.

5.2 Online bookings canceled before dispatch may be subject to charges against the initial payment.

6. Liability

6.1 While we strive for punctual arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control. Newbury Airport Service Direct is not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will attempt to provide an alternative vehicle to expedite your journey.

6.4 You indemnify Newbury Airport Service Direct for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Newbury Airport Service Direct may subcontract obligations as per this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We may modify terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms. Existing bookings will proceed at the rates effective when the booking is made.

8.3 Information processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Newbury Airport Service Direct and you.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer benefits to a third party, and no third party can enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Newbury Airport Service Direct is not obligated to address claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
